ONGOING FREE MEDITATION GROUP SUNDAY AFTERNOON AT 12:15 FORMAL SITTING 30 MINUTES WITH SHORT Q&A Meditation is the process by which we train our minds to bring about greater awareness, clarity, and peace; for many, developing a meditation practice is like getting in touch – and staying connected – to our true essence. In meditation, we work with our minds in the same way we use yoga postures to create a more healthy, supple physical body. The result is less anxiety, greater compassion, and the ability to truly show up for our own life. We will give simple instructions for a powerful concentration practice which can be part of a life long practice.
Cost at the door, when space is available,
may be higher than the pre-registration cost.
