The 8 Treasures system increases vitality and flexibility, reduces stress, and is a non-impact aerobics routine for cardiac and respiratory health (plus much more!). The class will utilize elements of Tantric Qi Gong & Bioenergetic practices. Classes will include Ta'i Chi Chaun utilizing a relaxed body & conscious breathing to develop one's vital energy (chi), coordination and flexibility, and nourishing our mental, physical & spiritual health.
Upon completion you will be eligible for certification (includes training manual and log).

Extra Special Kids Yoga

Children with special needs can benefit tremendously from a regular yoga practice. This integrated approach addresses the physical, social-emotional and learning strengths and challenges of the whole child. The Balance Child therapeutic yoga program supports a child's natural development and positive sense of self in a gentle, safe and fun environment. Children with special needs will be guided towards physical, emotional and spiritual growth in a small group setting. Breath control, body awareness, impulse control and sensory integration are the focus of this program. Sessions include assisted stretches, restorative poses, midline movements and developmentally appropriate poses.

Kids Yoga (Ages 6-10): 8 Week Session

Cost is $139.00 if purchased by 2/27 or
$149.00 if purchased after 2/27.
Kids Yoga is designed for children to experience the benefits of yoga in a format that is fun, dynamic, and interesting. Kids will learn basic yoga postures while being transported through stories and guided imagery. Age delineations are designed as guides; parent and teacher can work out other arrangements when appropriate
Cost at the door, when space is available,
may be higher than the pre-registration cost.
