All Levels Yoga is a mixed level class for students with previous
experience in yoga. The class focuses on proper body alignment, combining
stretching and strengthening asanas within a vinyasa flow sequence.

Gentle Yoga is designed for students of all levels who desire a gentle,
nurturing practice for any reason. The basic postures are presented at a
slower pace and with sufficient time and props for appropriate
modifications.

Hot Vinyasa (Power Flow Yoga) is the same as Power Flow
Yoga/Power Vinyasa Yoga , however the room is heated to 85 degrees.

conditions. This class is also not suitable for pregnant students.

prepared to sweat out toxins as your cares melt away!

Mom & Baby Yoga

pre-toddler. The class is designed to provide mom with post partum gentle
exercise through yoga practice and give mom quality time with her baby in
the process. This is a great opportunity for new moms to meet other moms
in a safe, relaxed and fun setting. Babies will enjoy the new company too!
We do not provide child care at the studio nor do we allow
students to leave their children in the reception area during
classes so please plan accordingly.

Pilates
classes help to build strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on
lengthening the body and aligning the spine, rather than on building muscle
mass. Pilates' focus is on the "powerhouse" region of the body which
includes the muscles of the abdominals and the lower back. Because of its
focus Pilates has become popular not only in the field of fitness, but also in
rehabilitation. It can be used to progress individuals through movements
that represent their day-to-day activities. The focus on strengthening the
core/powerhouse muscles and improving postural awareness are especially
well indicated for the alleviation and prevention of back pain.

Power Flow Yoga/Power Vinyasa Yoga incorporates fluid movements
with balanced, rhythmic breathing. Linking movement with breath
enhances the health benefits of each posture by increasing muscle strength
and tone, increasing flexibility and joint mobility, improving circulation and
hormonal balance and cultivating a more focused, clear and clam state of
mind.

Prenatal Yoga is a gentle yoga class designed to support moms-to-be
during pregnancy and the labor process. Moms will practice asanas that
support and strengthen the body during pregnancy and will learn breathing
and relaxation techniques that can be used during the birthing process.
Partners are welcome.
